Riot games partnered with Znipe TV with a shared goal of creating a profitable esports ecosystem together. In a very short amount of time, we together released the first version of an esports viewing experience for League of Legends fans. I had been appointed the role of Product Owner, and assisted in leading the Znipe Development team and working closely alongside Riot's Product Management, and Development teams to ensure smooth integration and high-quality delivery.

During my time at Frontend I have had the opportunity to work with some of New Zealand’s largest businesses such as Spark Digital, MTF, Fonterra and AMP, helping them develop their digital channels both internally and customer facing.My involvement has ranged from strategic workshopping to designing fully fledged UI systems. As the Senior UI designer I played a key role in managing project deliverables, stakeholders and resources, taking ownership to ensure solutions were feasible within a given budget and timeframe.Key responsibilities included:- Ideation workshops with stakeholders, UX practitioners and various business units to better understand both the business and customer challenges, and to identify new areas of growth and opportunity.- Conceptualising new initiatives which considered a wider digital strategy.- Iterative prototyping, usability testing and reporting.- Producing responsive design systems.- Developing overarching brand directions and style guide documentation.- Liaising with technical teams. - Generating workflows and overall user experience, particularly self-service applications and registration processes.- Communication between teams, clients, and resource management.

As the Advertising Co-ordinator I was responsible for producing and managing clients Google Adwords campaigns, Facebook ads and creative Facebook campaigns. Additionally I worked alongside other designers to develop the company brand played an integral role building HTML email campaigns and other online media initiatives, supporting the wider business strategy.
