Worked alongside one other student intern in the Roxbury Community College K.E.E. transitional program with the guidance of the site supervisor. Tasks included data entry, use to google classrooms, engaging with students with disabilities during lessons, and preparing and facilitating art and group work activities. Met with the Director of student accessibility services to gain a better understanding of the site and the K.E.E program.Was able to maintain communication adapt to a work from home situation in regards to Covid-19 and the closure of schools.

Shadowed the resident art teacher as well as other childcare providers 3-4 days a week for one semester. Assisted in planning activities, organizing supplies, and the facilitation of activities and lessons. I worked with children in the age groups infant to pre-k.
