Managing approx 100 tsqm commercial property in Stockholm. The responsibilities are within the following fields: - Negotiation- Lease agreements- Transaction- Budget- Reports- Property development- Customer/tenant relations- Technical & Energy - Leasing- Construction/fit-out- Evacuation

During nine months I worked as a trainee at Skanska Fastigheter who initiate, develop, lease and divest commercial property projects. My tasks included business development, real estate development, property transactions and project management.

At Tenant & Partner I participated in projects concerning relocations, lease negotiations and strategy analyses.

Stockholms Nation is one of 13 student associations in Uppsala and consists of approximately 4300 members. With an annual turnover of SEK 15 million, Stockholms Nation employs around 160 students working primarily on voluntary basis in widely diversified activities. I held the full-time position as Managing Director during a one year break from university. My tasks involved the responsibility for 60+ staff and operations which included a lunch restaurant, café, pub, night club, all formal dinners and other events. I was also responsible for planning, purchase, budget and financial reporting. The position is appointed through election by the members of the nation.
