• Creative and strategic head of the Arthrex brand to unerringly align products and messaging with target audiences• Cross-team decisions for all creative teams in the development and conceptualization of marketing efforts• Responsible for the creative conception & implementation for campaigns/launches• Responsible for the concepts and ideas of the creative teams• Quality control of all marketing assets for online/offline media (web, social, print, POS)• Creative Lead for Arthrex media productions (photo, moving image) incl. pre-/post-production• Overall creative responsibility for projects and campaigns• Corpoate Design Lead - ensures that CD and CI are consistently lived, presented and further developed in all media• Mainly responsible for the further development & adherence to the Global Brand (CI) in coordination with Arthrex Inc.

• Ensure communication within project teams, within the Marketing department and with other stakeholders as appropriate.• Identify and implement actions to continuously improve internal processes within the marketing department.• Plan and execute national and international Corporate Business and Marketing projects in accordance with defined project objectives in the role of project manager• Contact person for customers to clarify procedures and processes• Carrying out scheduling, capacity allocation and assignment of work packages in coordination with Marketing Management • Project and process-related interface function with other areas of Marketing, other departments involved as well as subsidiaries abroad and Arthrex Inc.
