- Assurance engagements of key business processes (procurement, budgeting) and consulting services upon request of management and Board- Due diligence assignments, including:establishing whether expected benefits of the transaction are likely to be realized;analyzing financial and business operations of companies, their business processes and management from the perspective of suspicious transactions or fraud- Business processes reengineering aimed at increasing productivity (procurement process under federal law # 223)- Auditing external business relationships to help management identify, assess and manage reputation, economic, compliance risks- Presenting results to management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members

As an engagement manager:- Leading and performing internal audit engagements (financial, operational, compliance, due diligence) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, resource utilisation and safety, complex transactions, compliance with law and regulations (15-20 engagements per year)- Development of recommendations on improving business effectiveness, monitoring improvements - Communicating results to audit clients and management- Managing work of audit team (3 to 5 members), workpaper reviewing, coaching and mentoring - Participation in special assignments (information support to fraud or corruption investigations) As a manager of internal audit division (of Internal audit and control department)- Risk-based internal audit planning, engagement scheduling, resource planning- Establishing policies and procedures to guide internal audit activity (charter, engagement planning and performing manuals, audit programs, internal audit development program)- Preparation of reporting documents for Audit Committee on effectiveness of internal audit activity - Member of revisory committee (29 subsidiaries)
