I was part of a two to three person crew who would open this restaurant. Duties included prepping food for the shift, cooking food to health code specifications for hot and cold holding on the service line, taking orders at the counter and then preparing the order for either eat-in or take out options. It was extremely important to be on time and work quickly to be ready by store service hours.

The Alamo opened back up and I am back to making sure people have a great experience and want to come back. Movies, food, and beer all in one location!

I helped open the bar area at Big Shots Golf as a new upcoming restaurant and entertainment venue. Daily duties included inventory, set-up, counting in and out of cash drawers, serving guests food with alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately, and operating on a fast paced scale.

I trained under the State of Missouri's guidelines for a position as a Correction Officer. Duties included having the proper uniform, knowing the way to interact with inmates, and utilizing all safety precautions for myself and staff. Escorting offenders to and from buildings, checking for contraband, and logging all items correctly.

It is my job to ensure quality service, time management, and company standards on food, drink, and presentation on a shiftily basis. I must keep myself informed of the companies developments and updates, complete the opening/mid/closing duties, properly handle the safe and drawers, and maintain an active presence on the floor during operations. During these duties, I'm checking for accuracy and efficiency from my staff in all departments and coaching, praising, and adjusting in the moment to best insure guest satisfaction. I also handle any guest issues or concerns as they arise. As a secondary duty, I also lead the maintenance team, complying to safety standards, at my location. Some of my duties include fixing wobbly tables and their lights, seats, lighting and safety strips, reel lights, building things for various projects, and other odd projects.

It was my job to create new menu items and oversee execution of established kitchen recipes. Interact with guests, vendors and employees—resolving conflicts, improving morale , ensuring customer experience, and providing information or guidance as needed. Responsible for the inventory of food, beverage and cookware—placing bi-weekly orders for food and beverage, replacing equipment on as-need basis, and reducing food cost where it could be reduced.

Extensive researching and problem solving in regards to food service equipment (deep fryers, hotwell/steamwell tables, commercial microwaves, cleaning/inspecting ice machines, etc.) and commercial hvac units. Knowledge of power tools and hand tools.

In charge of opening and closing kitchen duties per shift. Temping all foods to health and safety standards at the start of shift. Cooking and prepping during peak times while also managing those around me to maintain optimal level of output.
