Business Development Lead overall business operations with profit centered aptitude and initiate various processes to achieve business goals. Implement improvements in business processes after continuous detailed analysis in accordance with changing market trends. Effectively manage Joint Ventures, direct investment feasibility. Coordination with Internal and External Stake holders, to sustain the business in the corporate spectrum and constantly look to enhance the same.Sales and Marketing Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to develop business by boosting sales and revenue growth. Expand product coverage and ensure maximum market penetration to gain higher market share. Oversee promotional events, seminars and exhibitions being held as part of marketing strategy.Operations Management Efficiently coordinate with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors while monitoring their performance to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with respective external authorities and secure required approvals for manufacturing facilities, various projects of the company. Roll out business operations in various countries right from scratch in order to further market reach. Review financial performance of the company at every level as part of operations and initiate cost control policies to enhance the balance sheets.Team Management & People Development Lead teams of professionals across various verticals of the business including production, sales, marketing, operations and business expansion. Recruit professionals for key designations, provide essential training and develop cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of required work.
