Pegasus Health is a Primary Health Organisation focused on improving the health outcomes of our communities through providing patient services, supporting primary health providers and delivering health system solutions.I am on the senior management team, and lead the Business Information, Health Intelligence, Brand & Communications, Project Management and Strategy functions for Pegasus Health. This includes HealthOne and ERMS (Electronic Referral Management System) - two platforms that support better connectivity and data sharing between clinicians across the South Island.

The Greater Christchurch Partnership is a partnership of local government, central government and mana whenua focused on improving the wellbeing of our communities, particularly through urban and transport planning and investment.During my time with GCP, I led the development of an intergenerational wellbeing strategy for Greater Christchurch, securing of an Urban Growth Partnership with central government, provided leadership in the development of a spatial plan and ran two large-scale community engagement processes working closely with staff, management and governance from across the partnership. I also led the GCP team (maternity cover) for 12 months.

Our mission is to ignite bold ambition for Christchurch for the purpose of growing the economy for all.As a member of the senior leadership team, I lead a team responsible for providing economic thought leadership, strategy knowledge and development, and policy advice for ChristchurchNZ and our wider city partners in areas of economic development for the city. The team also provides ChristchurchNZ's planning, process and a Project Management Office (PMO) for the organisation.In 2021 I went on secondment to the Greater Christchurch Partnership to lead the development of a intergenerational wellbeing strategy for the people and place of Greater Christchurch.

Canterbury Development Corporation (CDC) was the economic development agency for Christchurch City Council.As Strategist, my role was to ensure best practice strategy development throughout CDC and that all interventions undertaken by CDC have been developed on the basis that will provide tangible and agreed outcomes.

I worked as part of a team to develop integrated economic cost models for large infrastructure and network clients and assessing implications for business, pricing and investment decisions.
