As a Specialist I was responsible for end-to-end insurance process, which contained making insurance offers for Individual and Commercial Insurance especially business automobile, negotiations with clients if necessary, policy issuance- I was a single point of contact for brokers in case of any circumstances regarding bound policies. I was analyzing and making assessment of risks within concluded insurance policies as well. I've provided services for insurance brokers, insurance agencies as well as individual insurance agents. It was very important to me to not only provide best possible service but also to look after good relationships with every business partner and client.
