Co founder of Pickles As. The business contributed to the transformation and huge growth of the yarn and knitting market in Norway. Pickles made sure knitting became accessible for everyone, not just the experts by making the patterns understandable. The business also produces their own line of natural fibre yarns, carefully selected from the world's best suppliers. The yarn is custom made, both in terms of quality and palette. The start up is bootstrapped and has to this date no investors involved. Pickles has grown organically and several times been listed as a Gaselle company.My role in the company was wearing all the hats at the same time, as you do in a start up: Business strategy, marketing strategy, digital product thinking, visual design, insights, product development, logistics, leadership, concept development, analysis and administration to menation some main areas.

I joined McCann in 2001 as they put together a small team to make them more digital. I worked both as a digital designer and as an Art Director, with both direct and mass marketing, choosing the platform best suited for the purpose - digital, physical or both. I worked with all sort of clients: NetCom, Bring, Røde Kors, SOS Barnebyer, Kulør to mention some. I was during my years in McCann awarded in The Echo Awards, Gullblyanten, MMM, Gulltaggen and Short list Cyber lions.
