As the manager for Paper Production at APG, -I lead, coordinate, plan, follow up and develop the business based on strategies, goals and key figures in the short and medium term so that production is ensured / achieved with the right product quality, at the right time, at the lowest cost (including production losses).-I am part in the development of Lean and its application in the organization-I take responsibility for the department's goal work incl. daily management including results follow-up, improvement work and deviation management.-I promote a process-oriented approach and risk-based thinking based on well-founded information-I promote continuous improvement-I support other relevant senior executives so that they clearly exercise their leadership / employeeship in a way that is applicable within their area of responsibility and in accordance with Lean-I love my job!

Responsible for coordination of issues concerning the area of Paper Production, i.e. technical matters, quality, structures and procedures. Continious improvement work supporting internal and external customers. Approaching and solving problems related to production on short- and long term basis.

The basic role of the position is to oversee production and ensure that efficiency, quality control, safety, and other standards are being met at all times.

Customer Service DepartmentLead, develop, and coordinate the operations and personnel at CSD. Registration and follow-up of PFOC, monitoring of payment and delivery terms, and organizing customer visits.

Follow-up and improvment of the productivity of the paper machine. Development of new technologies, and training the personnel to improve the technical competence. Responsible for planning and managing regular maintanance stops and rebuilding projects on the paper machine.

Follow-up of quality control. Communication and feed-back to the production lines in quality related issues, claims etc. Continuous improvements work in cooperation with the process engineers and superintendents. Responsible for development projects.

Part of the unit "Printing surfaces", studying the the correlation between various paper properties and the print quality. Published a paper in Nordic Pulp & Paper Research Journal 18(1) 2003 "Effect of coating structure on print gloss after sheet-fed offset printing". Part of the group producing the yearly benchmarking report of European matt- and gloss-coated fine papers for sheet-fed offset.
