Known for being a consummate professional, I am entrusted to lead a team of multi-talented event professionals who are specialists in their respective fields. I also manage and service MainstreaM’s stable of clients which include blue-chip companies such as PETRONAS, MISC Berhad and so on. Key responsibilities:• Strategises and heads the role of show producer during the execution of clients’ events • Work alongside the Director of Mainstream to expand the company’s stable of clients• Develop innovative concepts and activations for presentation to clients• Oversee and manage project plans to ensure that all timelines and milestones are met• Establish an extensive network of suppliers and venue owners to deliver cost-effective results to clients• Build and maintain key client relationships• Source and manage talents required for the production of clients’ events• Advise clients on event requirements and ensure that these requirements are fulfilled• Manage resources efficiently to achieve results expected by clients • Ensure the smooth execution of on-site logistics which include technical programme direction, supplier & staff management, stage and entertainment management
