  As the director of operations, my daily goal is to ensure all parts of the business is running as smooth as possible. I manage staff schedules, hire, and train new employees across 6 offices. I have overseen the marketing department, assisted in designing marketing materials, and direct our summer internship program. Since my beginning with Midtown, I have supported the transaction coordinator with processing transactions as well as depositing earnest money and escrow checks. My role has also evolved in the Executive Assistant to our owner where I regularly speak and make decisions on his behalf. Recently, I managed the opening and operations of our newest branch office in downtown Seattle and continuously seek ways for positive growth.
