Shop with a smart client portal allowing office workers/office managers to track and auto schedule the office supply delivery. The project were developed during the Hackathon and in collaboration with Zane (project lead at Halve), Reinis (senior product designer at Bolt) and Olesya (freelance web designer). We designed 5 animated high-fidelity screens within 3 days and presented to an audience of 45+ people. You can find the whole OfficeMind UX case study in my portfolio!- Medical Aesthetician Practice. We have approached such great results with a client! A little bit of our achievements:1. Optimized the website's SEO and achieved top-5 search engine positioning within 1.5 months by re-designing UX/UI and completing 2+ iterations of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing with real customers.2. Increased traffic growth rate by 170% in the first month after implementation through redesigned the design system and user flow.3. Enhanced conversion rate from 2.2% to 6.67% through designing a strong information architecture that helped fix usability issues for new and loyal customers.- Splendid Palace App. Motto for the project: “People don’t need a new app, they need a better way to do things.". It was my personal project, since the development of this application had great potential for UX research and finding the best solutions. Some facts about the app:1. Designed an IOS seat reservation app under 3 months that aroused the interest of more than 50 film lovers due to category filtering and showtimes calendar features.2. Conducted UX research, which included user interviews, competitor audit, information architecture, user flow and usability testing.3. Average time spent on selecting a movie has improved by 125%.- Online Therapy website. Founder doubled up her income from online sessions and we approached the main goal: to switch to remote consulting completely.
