• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of hotel. • Participate in the installation, configuration, maintenance and integration of computer hardware, software, and networking systems/devices. • Maintain and troubleshoot Boca thermal ticket printers, receipt printers, cash drawers• Test, troubleshot and replace Micros POS stations, install, test and set wristband readers• Tracking, logging, and monitoring all technical issues in ticketing software. • Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer and user device related problems, such as malfunctions and program errors.• Practice exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Open and close the store (open and close registers, make the bank deposit)• Disseminate tasks and orders to employees • Assist the customer with their returns/exchanges and complaints according to company procedures• Display the merchandise in the department according to company standards

• Prepare reports in Microsoft Excel required by management for effective business operations.• Maintain financial information in accounting software related to sales • Prepare financial sales reports, business revenue and profit reports as needed• Independently conduct special projects as needed such as preparing weekly reports• Maintain and organize office operations and procedures such as information management, filing system
