As the F-35I Avionics Maintenance Training Lead in the Israeli Airforce, I shaped the skills of backend avionics technicians and field support personnel, delivering comprehensive training for aircraft maintenance in the Avionics field.Some of my one day-to-day responsibilities: -I prepared and coducted training sessions, ensuring all personnel are proficient. -I developed criteria to assess the effectiveness of training activities and continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance metrics.- I took an active part in installation, removal, inspection, testing, maintainance, and repair of systems, components, and ancillary equipment of installed aircraft communications, navigation, electrical, and deceptive electronic countermeasures systems at the OMA Level.-I maintained current knowledge and skills of the latest technical advancements, training methodologies, and audiovisual techniques, and updated courseware accordingly.-I prepared classrooms, set up training materials, developed and updated lesson plans and training aids to meet new training requirements.
