I was responsible for the support that the central organization was supplying to the district organisations and local groups. The job included volunteer support, budgeting, financial monitoring, project planning and implementation, event producing, process development, secretary work, social media and event communication.

The task was to investigate the reasons why the membership rate was declining by executing a vast membersurvey and growth strategy plan.

I was responsible for the organizations scouting program entity together with the elected officials.The job included volunteer supporting, budgeting, financial monitoring, project planning and implementation, event producing, process development, secretary work, social media and event communication.

I was a Finnjamboree Kilke´s project secretary. The camp attended by 10 500 scouts. I was responsible for the camp's internal and external communications, the camp program, as well as the camp office along with elected volunteers. The job included online communication, operation planning, IT solutions, participant counseling, budgeting, financial monitoring, procurements. I designed the project end reporting processes.

My job included ICT company's everyday activities, office routines and purchases, meeting and travel arrangements for both customer and staff. I was responsible of event planning and execution, sales and marketing support tasks, human resource management and corporate financial management: sales and accounts billing.

I did a environmental plan for the use of two restaurants and a hotel. I also applied Nordic Eco Label for the hotel.
