Current• Development of the HR system and procedures from zero (proper execution o in accordance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation and standards of ISO/TS 16949):- Arranging the recruitment and HR administration process• Recruitment (direct and with the help of recruitment agencies), interviewing, adapting of newcomers;• Establishing Pre-opening recruiting procedures for individual and mass Hiring- Trainings system and skills development- Foundation and implementation of motivational system• Development of the strategy directed to the support and achievement of the Company’s goals, creation of the personnel reserve;• Establishing Job Descriptions (all departments)• Work with a federal migration services• Current and Orgchart HR database updating• The introduction of a code of ethics• HR reporting
