In this role, I get to work directly with graduate students to provide dedicated career coaching, professional development support, and strategic career planning for PhD students in the Rackham Graduate School through individual meetings, developmental programming, and other special projects. I help students find their unique paths, both within and beyond academia. I am passionate about social justice issues and work towards helping students learn what a critical and authentic approach to professionalism looks like.

In this role, I developed vision for programs that promote the leadership development of 60,000 students. I designed and facilitated workshop and retreat curriculum, and led campus wide leadership signature programs like Leadership Week and Leadership Awards, provided content expertise for Student Life colleagues on best practices in leadership education. I supervised a team of full time and para-professionals ranging from 2-9 staff members at different times, as well as advised several student groups and programs, such as OSU Votes, Student Leadership Advocates, and the Non-Profit Immersion Program. I also launched the collaborative Buckeye Wellness Leadership Certificate and Leadership for Career Success Certificate. I managed and administered budgets totaling $400,000+ to create meaningful educational experiences for all Buckeyes.

In this role, I planned leadership education for all 60,000 Ohio State students for Student Life to develop leadership skills for students in line with the the Social Change Model of Leadership Development and other leadership theories through a lens of equity and inclusion. I planned and executed campus-wide leadership education such as Leadership Week, Leadership Awards, advising several group of peer-student leaders, developed curriculum and training facilitators, supervised full time, graduate, and undergraduate student staff, and managed a budget of $75,000. I also served as a coordinator of Student Life's orientation programming.

For this course, I designed in person and hybrid asynchronous class content and assignments for ESHESA 2577: Social Justice in Leadership, created an inclusive classroom learning environment for students to engage in rigorous discussion, and was a resource to students by providing timely feedback and advice on their work and their leadership journey at Ohio State

In this role, I supported community of 1,350+ registered student organizations, including communicating requirements with organization leaders and community, supporting organizations through completing requirements, and holding organizations accountable to registration deadlines. I designed and facilitated training curriculum, supervising an undergraduate student employee, and developing the Student Organization Success Framework as well as the peer-leader group the Student Organization Success Coaches.

In this role, I supported the student organization community by meeting with student leaders to review policies and logistics for university recognized travel, completing event audits, and developing information sessions about the event registration process

In this role, I served as an advisor to the National PanHellenic Council, Multicultural Greek Council, and Order of Omega Greek Honorary. I designed and facilitated curriculum for leadership development experiences for the Greek community including IGNITE: Emerging Leadership Institute and FLARE: Chapter Presidents Academy. I advised students in planning several major events including the NPHC Stroll-Off, NPHC Step Show, and Greek Awards. I also led MGC in rewriting their constitution, and supported major campus events put on by the office such as the involvement fair.

In this role, I served as Assistant Program Coordinator and On-Site Coordinator for LeaderShape Institute, including recruiting students and leading Day 7 programming. I also developed a longitudinal assessment plan to gather satisfaction data and direct learning measures for the Global Leadership Certificate and Inclusive Leadership Certificate competency programs
