Senior Account Executive
CurrentPromoted to this position from Account Executive on merit after only five months owing to experience, sales achieved and job knowledge. With the intent to increase overall store revenue, train and motivate staff.• Increase stores revenue by 58% year over year (monthly revenue $800k-1m)• Achieve personal sales target of at least $150k monthly • Ensure staff achieves goals by motivation and support • Provide customers with superior product knowledge to help fit their requirements and needs• Utilize in-person, telephone, e-mail and livechat as the 4 sources of selling• Replying to customers telephone and e-mail enquires within 24 hours• Oversee store management and operations, including daily meetings, ensuring staff’s orders are error free, assisting with quotes and any system questions staff may have, and ensuring daily reports are completed and submitted to upper management• Ensuring monthly reports are completed and submitted (scheduling, floor walk, store supplies, and Health & Safety) • Ensure that all staff including myself are participating in the online training sessions and attending online conference calls for new product and/or and changes
