I am a recent graduate from Kenyon College, where I majored in French and English with an emphasis on creative writing. I was awarded Highest Honors in English on my hybrid-format thesis that explored my connection to Ecuadorian poetics, landscapes, art, and social tradition through the lens of a narrative essay and an original book of poetry. In French, I earned distinction on my thesis and received the Charles Singer Williams prize. In my time as an undergrad, I also enjoyed working as an associate for the Kenyon Review and as an editor and journalist in the Office for Community Partnerships. I am especially interested in translation, editing, and poetry. Currently, I am a teacher of French and ESL at Suffield Academy in Connecticut.
