Utilising my specialised design skills, I ensure the consistent execution of the Recovery Camp’s visual identity and brand.Additionally, I oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of the marketing budget.RESPONSIBILITIES:My role involves coordinating and executing Recovery Camp's marketing and communication endeavours within a designated budget. This includes driving sales and awareness through promotions that meet targets, orchestrating brand awareness campaigns, overseeing advertising design and placement, managing editorial listings, and monitoring and maintaining the website and social media. I actively participate in evaluating marketing campaigns, utilising data analysis to gauge their effectiveness.I am adept at developing and producing creative designs and content for marketing communications across diverse channels, such as print, online, social, display, and video. I demonstrate efficiency in translating complex objectives and briefs into actionable plans, facilitating the independent or collaborative development and delivery of content alongside my peers.

As the co-founder and lead facilitator of CUTE FACE, a creative art studio based in Austinmer, I am passionate about nurturing artistic expression and imaginative play in children. Our mission is to create a space where young minds can explore their creativity through hands-on, fun, and engaging art workshops.At CUTE FACE, I developed and facilitated a variety of workshops, from term programs to school holiday sessions, helping kids build confidence, develop fine motor skills, and express themselves artistically. Our studio became a vibrant community hub where art, creativity, and joy come together.Through my experience, I’ve honed my skills in program development, teaching, and community engagement. I thrive on fostering a supportive and playful environment that encourages kids to think outside the box, explore new mediums, and have fun while learning.

I apply my specialist design skills to ensure consistent execution of the Early Start visual identity and brand, whilst also meeting the strategic goals of a range of internal stakeholders, including all Early Start pillars: Research, Community Engagement, Teaching and Learning, and The Early Start Discovery Space.RESPONSIBILITIES:My role is to coordinate and deliver Early Start marketing and communication activity within a delegated budget, including: promotions that drive sales/awareness and meet targets, brand awareness campaigns, advertising (design, sourcing and placement), editorial listings, website and social media monitoring and maintenance, market new business, reviewing marketing campaigns (including data) to analyse their effectiveness. I also develop and produce creative designs and content for marketing communications across a wide range of channels, including print, online, social, display and video. I efficiently translate complex objectives/briefs into action plans that enable the development and delivery of content, either independently, or collaboratively with peers.

Over the course of this role I established efficient channel management and branding design skills. Working for Australia’s largest radio network allowed me to develop extremely efficient time management as I was regularly across several projects at any one time. During this role I often managed creative teams and was responsible for project management on large scale campaigns from conception to completion.RESPONSIBILITIES:It was my responsibility to bring the company’s branding to life on everything from their websites to their promotional material. I managed and created brand, online and print material for ARN’s Mix and Classic Hits radio stations. I developed advertising concepts for ARN promotions and utilised presentation skills whilst pitching campaigns to external clients. Part of my role included graphic design and it was my responsibility to regularly liaise with the sales teams to present online strategies for their clients. A key responsibility with my role was to also report the results on the different initiatives to management on a monthly basis. Other duties included event management and sourcing PRand editorial opportunities.

As a freelance graphic designer, I collaborated with clients such as Riverbeats Festival, Winborn Constructions, Aerie Services, and Clover Productions, playing a key role in their brand development and marketing strategy. I helped these companies build their brand identities through logo creation, website design, print materials, and stationery design. Additionally, I supported their advertising efforts and digital media strategies, enhancing their online presence and delivering comprehensive marketing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
