• Designed and delivered the careers provision in the Schools of Physics, Chemistry, Natural Sciences, Geography, Geology and English• Negotiated annual Employability Partnership Agreements with staff in the above Schools to plan the careers provision for students in each School• Managed a project to engage Careers Tutors more effectively with the work of the Career Development Service, including organising regular practise-sharing events and mini conferences, as well maintaining a resource bank on the VLE.• Part of a working group which led on redeveloping and up-scaling our Leicester Award to be run within the curriculum with a range of online supporting resources on the VLE.• Represented the Career Development Service on the College Academic Committee and Programme Development Group for Science and Engineering as well as University-level Programme Approval panels, focussing on embedding skill-development into the taught curriculum.• Led on the postgraduate career development provision.
