As conference coordinator I was responsible for planning and organizing all conference activities. I collaborated with the awesome team at Studio 70 about all aspect of the conference theme and schedule. I developed and managed the event production time line, keeping track of key planning benchmarks. I recruited, oriented and supported conference presenters and keynote speakers. I oversaw all marketing and communications efforts, ensuring the quality and consistency of the messaging. I developed and managed detailed daily timelines for each conference day, allowing seamless coordination of our remote event team. I served as the primary point of contact throughout the 3 - day, online conference, ensuring a smooth running program from opening remarks to wrap up.

I consulted with lead event staff to formulate vision and scope for 200+ participant on-line event. Acted as a sounding board and thought partner to increase the impact of all programs.

I collaborated with the Development Director to produce a meaningful event for 200+ Jewish professionals. I developed and maintained the overall event planning timeline, lead core team meetings, as well as an all-team orientation to ensure a flawless event. I liaised with caterer and venue contacts to arrange and confirm all logistical elements of the event. I managed set-up, tear-down and clean-up operations anticipating attendee and presenter needs along the way. I co-led registration, developing codes, tracking documents, and detailed reports to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process. I envisioned attendee experience, ensuring the overall conference themes, look and feel were implemented into every detail.

I worked closely with the program team, planing all aspects of 3-day educational conference.I managed all logistical elements of the event, from pre-programming, through the event days, to post-event wrap-up. I coordinated with the team of presenters, support staff, caterers, and other contract workers as necessary.

I worked with key stakeholders to identify purpose and goals of this 4-day, 4-city conference for Jewish Teen Educators. I scouted venues from Marin to Orinda to find suitable locations for the variety of conference activities. Coordinated all logistical aspects of the event including set up and break down each day, signage, registration and catering.

I partnered closely with the Development Director and Executive Director to understand their aspirations and vision for this special celebratory event. I developed timelines and check lists to ensure that no detail would be missed and the whole day would shine! I oversaw the smooth delivery of each part of the event -from the opening remarks to the thank you speeches- anticipating any issues and managing any surprises thus ensuring a flawless execution of this community wide celebration.
