I’m Anna Folkerts, a Technical Account Manager at Seubert & Associates, Inc. I am committed to providing highly detailed customer service to the businesses I serve. Starting as a Commercial Lines Intern at Seubert in the summer of 2022, I developed an understanding of how Seubert interacted with clients and carriers with which they do business.After completing my internship, I returned to school to complete my degree in Actuarial Science with a minor in Finance from Robert Morris University. RMU holds the distinction of being a Center of Actuarial Excellence (by the SOA) – one of only 17 accredited programs in the nation.I now work with an amazing team of individuals at Seubert who are all willing to help me advance my skills to continue my professional portfolio.My work experience began at Fox Chapel Area High School. I was given the opportunity to prove myself in a professional environment from a young age, giving me confidence in my future career path. I was valued by my mentors with my work product centered around benefits payment reconciliation, expense reports and purchase order processing. I am committed to doing the best I can in any position I take on, and I look forward to progressing my insurance career.
