Senior Executive - Partnership, Sales Marketing & Communication
1. Responsible for managing, development and execution of digital/social media communication plans to build awareness and drive sales and customers’ campaigns, events, product and digital sales tools to agency force.2. Act as a moderator on Department's Agency social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc).3. Support the live streaming on Department's Agency social media platforms.4. Create, curate, plan and manage digital/social media content production to produce creative, well written, rich and engaging content to drive and optimize sales marketing communications as per desired targets5. Create unique and quality contents for digital and social media platforms in the form of written, graphic, video format that builds meaningful connections and encourages targeted social media community members i.e. agency force to take actions as per desired target6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital/social media communications7. Ensure that all materials and contents are developed in line with Allianz’s Corporate Identity8. Ensure programs and activities are executed within approvted budget to meet KPIs (i.e. engagement rate), timelines and business strategies, including sound management of agency social media assets and expand agency community for greater outreach to support recruitment of new agents.9. Implement on going communication to agency which includes educational and marketing content.
