•Provided referral assistance and on going case management to Food Bank patrons. Supported clients with applying to state benefits, unemployment insurance, signing up for healthcare, applying for employment/resume building, and connection to mental health services.•Completed rental & financial assistance applications with West Seattle residents via Hotline phone service including reviewing eligibility, completing verification process, contacting landlords, filing payments for approval, advocating for residents rent debt to be reduced/forgiven, and educating landlords on fair housing laws.•Managed the Clothesline, a clothing bank open to entire Seattle Community, with staffing via volunteers, organizing facility, sourcing donations, keeping community partners up to date, and providing other local food bank partners with overflow donations.•The city identified West Seattle Food Bank as a hub for Covid-19 vaccination sign up specifically for our immigrant and BIPOC community. Responsible for signing up community for vaccines as they became eligible. Created a vaccination guide with the most up to date information from the city and CDC. This guide included eligibility, vaccine locations, transportation guide, what to bring, recommendations after vaccine, vaccine myths and facts and information on the intersection of vaccines and systemic racism to understand vaccine hesitation.•Trained volunteers for the Hotline phone service, Clothesline clothing bank and food bank.•Provided City of Seattle with monthly progress reports of services provided and financial assistance used.

• Conducted client intakes over the phone and managed the referral process for all Open Arms programs.
