Highly accomplished Head of Events with over 20 years industry experience, specialising in managing senior level, C-Suite and UHNWI logistics for exclusive senior clients, in-house business events and staff engagement initiatives. My expertise includes offsites and retreats, networking receptions and gala dinners, conferences, training programmes, seminars, VIP corporate hospitality, incentives and exhibitions. My industry experience has been within professional services, organising events within the Banking, Financial, Legal and Media/Telecoms Sectors. From conception to completion, I project manage all logistics for events including database design, invitations & registrations, budgets & negotiations (~£1m), liaising with 3rd party suppliers (venues, speakers, catering, AV production, theming), produce materials and delegate packs, through to managing all the operations, on-site logistics and event staff. Senior stakeholder management is a core aspect of my experience, advising on best practices and understanding business strategies to ensure the success of events. I am a senior team player and have confidence in my ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as leading, managing and working effectively within a team.I gained valuable live event and venue operations experience working for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, as the Event Services Deputy Venue Manager at one of the Olympic Venues.
