In my role as a consultant manager, I’m responsible for a group of our IT-support- and infrastructure consultants.Daily I work with coaching and supporting our employees to make them develop and thrive with us at Nexer. I’m responsible for questions regarding employment, employment agreements, HR administration, questions regarding labor law, work environment, time reporting as well as billing. Regarding more strategic questions I’m involved in working with our continuous offer to the consultants as well as our employer brand. I’m also in close collaboration with our customers to enable such a good collaboration as possible. A very important focus for me is to be available for our employees and I therefore work with continuous follow ups, development interviews as well as being available for support and answering questions.

My primary task is to support our consultant managers in their everyday work. Primarily through tasks such as writing job advertisements, search and selection of candidates, conducting interviews, administrate time reports and billing, handling requirement profiles for our different assignments as well as customer and candidate contacts.

This HR role covered a broad spectra of tasks, primarily establishing the HR function in the organisation from the ground up. Furthermore the role includes designing, implementing and carrying out the recruitment process throughout the organisation and more administrative everyday tasks.

During this time I worked closely with HR and pay roll to document processes and further develop their LEAN framework. My role in the team was to be responsible for coordinating with process leads to create the process documentation. Additionally, I compiled and presented the material to the team and managers.

In parallel with my studies, I worked as store manager for emma & malena where I was responsible for the everyday operations and personell. Managing deliveries, assortment, as well as customer contact and requests. Furthermore, I also planned events that was hold in the store.

As a part of my masters I took the opportunity to take an internship. My work entailed being part of ongoing recruitment processes, as well as cooperating in the creation of their employee handbook. Furthermore, I was part of a team responsible for created an on-boarding program for new hires.

My time at New Terms involved being responsible for interviews, checking references, matching customers to consultants and pitching consultants to customers.
