Assisting the Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) contract by writing and editing support documentation for implementation of MHS GENESIS, a global electronic health record system designed to serve the military and veterans and with capacity for up to 27 million beneficiaries. Strongest tasks on this project are drafting and editing standard operating procedures, editing policy documents and letters to Congress, and providing technical edits to PowerPoint decks, formal memos, support agreements, and military award citations and narratives.

Working on-site with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp.'s (PBGC) Office of Benefits Administration Manual Support team. My responsibilities include assisting with the publication of five online manuals; developing content for the manuals; writing standard operating procedures (SOPs); providing writing support as needed internally; conducting quality assurance and review of the manuals prior to going live; assisting with training; and maintaining records in the change request application. I use the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite, SnagIt and other imaging tools, AuthorIt, Outlook, and SharePoint. I also have a Public Trust clearance.

Supporting Affordable Care Act (ACA) independent testing of the Heathcare.gov Web site for our client, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). My responsibilities included editing and formatting test plans, test cases, and scope documents to submit to CMS; writing standard operating procedures for support functions; training testers in documentation; and writing and distributing meeting minutes at our client site. Our company used CMMI Level 5 processes. The tools I used included the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Outlook.
