Corporate Controller
CurrentIn charge of monthly reporting and budgetary monitoring on global scope (all regions) for 3 BU (CRM, CSD and CCI):- Budget elaboration in collaboration with operational teams and consequent implementation.- Data collection, production and controlling of monthly results followed by gap analysis of budget and prior year figures. - Close monitoring of budget accounts to identify opportunities or pressures in a timely manner to effectively reallocate resources.- Generating global consolidated monthly reportings and variance analysis with presentation to the management.- Support to supervisor in ad-hoc analysis to isolated requests of top management.- Coordination of regional finance teams in order to ensure compliance with accounting policies.- Continuous improvement and optimization of corporate controlling processes (financial closing, procedures, templates) in collaboration with local finance teams worldwide.- Providing support in BO Finance, Excel and reporting tools to finance teams worldwide.After acquisition parts of CEGEDIM S.A. additional responsibilities during transition period (2 months):- Data transfer, definition and set up of the new common BO Finance environment in collaboration with consulting staff and regional finance teams.
