Hi all! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. My interest include working with a variety of clients both youth and adult utilizing a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and personalized modalities to assist in working through anxiety, depression, trauma, day to day stressors, questions surrounding sexuality and other various mental health needs. I aim to provide strategies and counseling services that aid in clients overall wellness and mental health, in whatever capacity deems necessary for the specific client. My goal is to construct a collaborate space that urges autonomy in and outside of the office.
