Creating project execution plans and agreeing with the client; - Writing project and design briefs; - Managing the design progress process and changes; - Developing project procurement plans based on the specific requirements of each project.

Planning and production scheduling, making full use of the enterprise's human and material resources, ensuring that each production link of the enterprise coordinates and connects with each other in terms of varieties, quantities and time, and organizing rhythmic and balanced production, so as to achieve good economic results.
