As a third-year law student at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, I have developed an interest in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. I graduated from the University of Calgary in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in Law & Society and minoring in Political Science. My degree was conferred with the First Class distinction. A shortened version of my honours thesis was recently published in the Alberta History journal. In the summer of 2023, I had the honour of working as a research assistant for Dr. Lyndsay Campbell at the University of Calgary. I also spent two weeks at a judicial internship at the Court of King’s Bench under the supervision of Justice Eamon, attending criminal trials, civil chambers, civil trials, application judge chambers and emergency protection order chambers.During the school year, I work remotely as a tutor with Tutor Doctor (Calgary), as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law, and as an editor at Alberta Law Review. Juggling so many responsibilities has helped me enhance my organization and time management skills. I have also learned to adapt my communication style to my audience so they can better understand what I am communicating to them.
