• Working within the MOBILEconnect Business Unit driving customer implementation and services of the new SaaS-based mobile applications being built in the companies latest Evolution technologies. • Performing remote and on site implementation of MOBILEconnect products: o MOBILEsales, MOBILEticket, & MOBILEcommerceo Geo Fence Mapping, Vehicle Tracking and Signalling Applications• Providing project planning (kick-off, scheduling, deliverables, success criteria)• Working alongside other product owners on applications and platforms such as COMMANDseries, Integra, Apex and FiveCubits, implementation teams to coordinate upgrades, and integration.• Providing consulting and training services to customers to utilize MOBILEconnect products to improve their efficiency and achieve their business goals.• Providing troubleshooting of MOBILEconnect products, other CAI software products and integration points to resolve problems. • Providing 24/7 support.• Create documentation, training materials and reports as required.• Providing onsite support where needed for EMEA based customers• Utilising AWS analytics and log reports for troubleshooting issues• Utilizing internal applications (Clarify / Changepoint / Sharepoint) to track activities and log open/new cases.
