Responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for ES EMEA Delivery Operation Manager, including• Mailbox and calendar maintenance, effectively saving time by continuous monitoring of correspondence, setting priorities, replying, distribution of high level communications, newsletters, announcements to respective audience,• Scheduling executive appointments and meetings in line with governance calendar and in close collaboration with relevant organizations,• Arrangement of business travels, expense reports maintenance,• Preparations for internal announcements, reminders, recording meeting minutes on team calls, tracking open items and follow-up, supporting general administrative staff of the regional ops team, • Key records maintenance, SharePoint maintenance,• Compiling data for reports, generating ad-hoc statistics, analytics,• Making analysis on organizational headcount moves on a monthly basis,• Team collaboration and communication, organizing team events, conferences.

Responsible for the operational day-to-day work of the Hungarian Technology Support ( TS) Contract Operations Team, • Ensuring timely completion of service contract renewal, ad-hoc quotations with high-quality and compliance with business processes, local legal requirements,• Workload planning, account distribution, monitoring team performance, setting improvement actions, • Participation in Employee Satisfaction analysis, leading sub-region project team working on remedial actions,• Analysis of Customer Satisfaction survey results, and driving improvement actions against contract management processes,• Escalation management (coming from both inside and outside),• Working in close co-operation with TS Business Unit & TS Sales, TS Delivery Teams, share monthly results, status of pending tasks, issues raised, • Running compliance audits, analyzing outcome, creation and follow-up on action plans,• Participating in SAP module testing used in Contract Operations, submittal of country specific change requests, organizing and driving end-user tests together with developers,• Creating specific compliance reports, metrics to control and improve overall performance.

Responsible for country support contract management, including • Timely renewal of support contracts, preparing ad-hoc support quotations, change requests received from Customers, or Sales. Working first with small and medium accounts and then with high-end, top priority ones, also with corporate global accounts,• Prepare legal contract documentation, • Ensuring timely billing, running finance reports, tracking invoicing for the whole dept., • Installed base management, registration on all hardware, software installation to the system, perform system clean-up activities,• Managing Customer complaints and escalations,• Participating in service contract management software implementations, tests.
