As a member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for the consumer business across Switzerland and Austria, I held a P&L accountability of a billion euro multinational business and led all marketing, pricing, customer experience and proposition activities.

European leader of digital, customer experience, sales and customer care transformation and effectiveness covering all 12 Liberty Global European operations. I lead the digital transformation strategy across the group resulting in an increase of online sales from 19% to 28% of total sales and associated cost reductions. I defined the pan-europeans media strategy and completed the selection and migration to a single supplier and drove the future customer care strategy across vendors, technology and operational effectiveness.
