My main focus was on the candidate side, from head hunting to taking candidates through the application process until offer and start date. I did also have the opportunity however, to start working on the client side as well, from communicating with current clients to reaching out to prospective ones.

Master Foody Moody's was a small vegan food business specialising in local produce and tasty but healthy recipe's. I initially came in to help to develop the drinks, specialising in healthy fruit and green smoothies and freshly made juices. During this period, various improvements were made to the set-up so we could streamline production, the menu tripled in size including new specialty recipes and totally new products such as introducing specialty teas. I initially came in to help to develop the drinks, specialising in healthy fruit and green smoothies and freshly made juices. During this period, various improvements were made to the set-up so we could streamline production, the menu tripled in size including new specialty recipes and totally new products such as introducing specialty teas. The result was that the drinks section made 40% of the total income, while maintaining the the same cost to labor, bringing the business to new heights in profit.
