Process engineer with experience in cable cutting machine loading, BOM experience, customer requirements, volume analysis, management and coordination of process optimization systems. Analysis of cutting area routines, coodination and lay out improvement. Establishment of objectives and monitoring of the operational effectiveness of wire cutting equipment, analysis and quoting of engineering changes, load distribution of cutting machines.

Supervision of production employees in operations and continuous improvement activities. Compliance with company policies, programs, rules, regulations, labor contracts and safety standards. Meeting production efficiency, labor efficiency, quality and safety objectives. Training and coaching of manufacturing personnel to properly use all equipment and tools. Continuous improvement, quality and safety activities. Management of personnel to maintain product quality and meet customer requirements. Ability to develop action plans to achieve goals. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and six sigma.
