In my position I support the Consultant Managers through the whole recruitment process by finding the right candidates for our clients. During the summers I alone are responsible for my Consultant Managers recruitment processes, client relations and consults. Overall my responsibilities include:• Taking in new orders from our clients and identifying their needs• Writing job adverts in order to attract suitable candidates• Sourcing and attracting passive candidates through social media• Holding phone interviews and behavioral interviews• Reference calls• Selling in candidates to our clients and coaching the candidates before client interviews• Giving clients and candidates updates regarding the recruitment process• Administrative tasks such as time-reporting, salary outputs, contracts and certificatesThe environment at Academic Work is fast-paced and as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistent I strive to reach my own targets as well as I support the Consultant Managers to reach theirs.
