Human Resources Consultant
Current. *Working with line managers and employees to address various employee issues, fairly representing all interests. *Data-driven HR decisions- analyzing business data, to recommend systemic improvements.*Plan, execute and manage HR events, focused on employee experience, and org culture.*Partner with HR functions and europe HR partners to workforce: planning, employee engagement and ensure cultural alignment.*Update and continually improve existing HR processes and procedures.* Responsible for sustaining, standardising and automating processes.* Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment related topics.
