I enjoy the variety that every day brings managing the Lounge Bar at the charming and historic Spread Eagle Hotel in Midhurst. Responsible for all areas of running the bar including taking and serving food and drink orders, supplying and serving drinks orders in the restaurant, stocking up, cashing up, ordering stock and coaching other members of staff. I relish the multitasking aspect of my job and interaction with the wide diversity of guests. I am well versed and proficient in the organisation, set up and working of functions and events , particularly Weddings.I am naturally a gregarious and enthusiastic person who loves a challenge and this role has helped me to develop and hone exceptional team work, organisational, customer service and communication skills.

As a Student Ambassador I worked at Open Days and Applicant Days to promote OBU. I gave campus tours to prospective students and their parents , answered questions and helped at recruitment events. My natural enthusiasm and communication skills were needed for this role.

Work experience within the Head Office Marketing department of Thailand's premier Tops Supermarket. I was given a project where I contributed creative ideas for social media marketing. My ideas were subsequently implemented as part of the communications strategy. I collaborated with the team and was involved with uploading content, contributing to communication strategy and evaluating digital activities.
