• Developing and presenting value proposition and solution offering presentations focused on business cases to drive business outcomes, generate business and new opportunities for the $45k - $10+m deals across different industires.• Handling C-level and technical meetings and gathering insights from a broad range of stakeholders as well as the main business sponsor to shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of projects. • Develop a network of internal and external relationships with senior-level decision makers to build influence in addressing problems. Acting as an trusted advisor.• Understanding customer drivers of digital transformation and adaptinging business models, plans, strategies and solutions to the holistic roadmap. Proposing, designing and developing new solutions to scale.• Delivering customer business transformation and success through accelerated adoption and usage resulting in customer references that can be leveraged in future sales engagements.• Leading and orchestrating virtual teams around technologies and challenges by sharing ideas, insights, and strategic, technical input with technical teams, internal communities across the field.• Building and maintaining an architecture description document, an architecture decisions log, requirements/constraints traceability matrix and RFPs.• Anticipating and identifying scenarios that could slow or impede pre-sales/delivery activities.

• Building deep relationships and becoming a trusted technical advisor for Customers.• Delivering proactive onsite support for Office 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint & Project on-premises, ADFS, Workflow Manager and development.• Driveing customers’ implementation and health of Microsoft Products.• Designing architecture for complex environments (Hybrid, authentication, external publishing, migration from version to version).• Conducting one-to-many training sessions and workshops.• Capturing and sharing best practice knowledge, write technical documentation and reports.• Implementing and supporting Russian Financial department and Russian PFE team new sites on Office 365. • Building POCs for Customers based on business requirements (Power Platform, JavaScript).

• Supporting Microsoft Premier Customers. • Developing custom SharePoint solutions based on the customer’s needs.• Creating and delivering webinars for Premier Customers.• Collaborating with PFEs and Consultants for effective knowledge transfer.
