I am a reproductive and integrative psychiatrist at Women's Wellness Psychiatry, a multidisciplinary practice that I founded in 2017 to address the psychological and emotional needs of women in the SF Bay Area. Women's Wellness psychiatry focuses on helping women as they journey through challenging emotional times (including preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, premenstrual, and life and relationship challenges). We are a growing clinic, now with several psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and an acupuncturist on staff, and have expanded throughout California. My passion includes teaching and mentorship, and I continue to be on the faculty at UCSF as an associate professor. To further awareness of reproductive mental health, I also founded Mind Body Pregnancy, and educational website that provides research-backed articles, resources, & advice to help women with their mental health and emotional well-being during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum.
