As the Marketing Coordinator for Chihuly Garden and Glass, I created marketing emails for the Exhibit, managed the website, assisted with promotional copy for traditional and digital ads, managed creative projects for CGG, assisted with PR and media events and helped create assets for events.

My duties included email marketing, project management, copy writing and editing for ads, newsletter and more, event planning for Base 2 Space, website management of the company's site, social media creation and management, campaign strategy and more. Primary project manager for the Marketing & PR department; in charge of launching projects and providing updates, collaborating with partners within and outside of organization, delegating tasks and delivering finished assets to stakeholders including multiple ongoing paid media plans. Create campaigns and activations to bring awareness to new events and offerings at both properties including Base 2 Space, holidays and more. Responsible for writing front-facing customer communications including marketing emails, newsletters, ads and more. Served as liaison between in house Creative team and outside vendors. Worked with Space Needle marketing and PR team, Fred Hutch and outside vendors and organizations to help support, plan and execute annual Base 2 Space fundraiser. Came up with the idea and assisted in the creation of the Space Needle's most successful social post.

As the marketing and event coordinator at Ascent, I was in charge of creating all written marketing assets and planned all events at the business. I created marketing email for events and promotions that resulted in high click-through rates and doubled traffic to the website. I was responsible for planning all events at Ascent Outdoors and created a successful movie night series that highlighted athletes from underrepresented communities and identities in the outdoor industry. I planned, executed and hosted the Northwest Avalanche Center fundraiser at the Tractor Tavern, a sold out event that raised over $20,000. I collaborated with our designer to create promotional assets including posters and social posts and managed social platforms for the business.
