• Designing and Executing data driven data and analytics mechanisms on a daily basis to support real time identification of gaps and opportunities for operational efficiency;
• Ensuring that the cross-functional Teams have access to necessary operational data and provide assistance on how that data might be utilized within the decision-making process;
• Managing projects which are aimed to improve Operational KPIs (Delivery Time, Cancellations, Efficiency, etc) from inception to delivery, according to plans, resources, and deadlines;
• Managing the team of Operational Analysts, assigning tasks to them according to ability, supervising completion of projects and daily duties;
• Acting as a main POC in constant communication with the Regional/Global Ops Teams to make sure that we are perfectly aligned in goals, decisions and actions.

• Creating competitive category strategy, including assortment policy, pricing, promotional activities, seasonal conversion, etc;
• Conducting competitive analysis and consumer needs research in order to identify category strengths and weaknesses, and use best practices to modify the strategy;
• Forecasting the product demand based on sales, promo plans to ensure sustainability of inventory;
• Collaborating with Import department, providing them with the volumes needed for each SKU, according to trends, promo strategy, demand and planning the frequency of delivery;
• Acting as a main point of contact for supply partners and new business prospects, conducting negotiations with current suppliers on a regular basis;
• Distributing the assortment (1000+ SKUs) between stores based on geographical position (city/region/city district), purchasing power of customers, sales (300+ stores of different formats);

• Collecting requirements from all the stakeholders, and ensuring implementation of business strategy through communication with internal teams;
• Performing a rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, assisting with interpretation of a large amount of complex information;
• Designing and maintaining complete and accurate excel records.
