Currently managing all income for YMCA Fairthorne Group. Also have two years experience of client accounts at Your Move, part of the LSL Group. I managed a client accounts portfolio for 15 London based branches. My role included dealing with customer inquiries via phone and email, passing large amounts of rent to landlords, raising invoices for fees/dilapidations, processing invoices/credit notes and releasing security deposits.I also have two years of property management experience, coordinating maintenance jobs for properties let through Your Move. Liaising with landlords, Your Move branches and local contractors to arrange jobs to be carried out on behalf of landlords and tenants.Prior to working in Lettings, I was an Assistant Houseparent at a Hampshire boarding school and a supply teacher working in secondary schools across Hampshire. I have a PGCE in Secondary Geography from the University of Exeter, 2011.
