Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating programs that strategically engage and provide tangible benefits to graduates and donors of College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) and James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy (Pharmacy) to build affinity for the University of Cincinnati, the Colleges and the UC Alumni Association. Supports the UCAA’s College Relations team, which is responsible for developing and executing programs and events that promote alumni and donor engagement campus-wide through college-based programs, with significant responsibility related to volunteer management, relationship building and program development.

Works in the College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) in the Office of Student Affairs to support the University's mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff, and all our activities. Manages the day to day of the Office of Student Affairs and supports the areas of academic advising, recruitment, and first-year experience. In collaboration across CAHS departments, completes the course ordering process and assists with course-assessment related needs. Serves as the first point of contact for anyone entering the office or calling by phone.

Works collaboratively with management, the Student Orientation Coordinators, and Student Orientation Leaders to facilitate the orientation programs. Answers inquiries, addresses issues, and resolves complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction. Assists with the preparation and facilitation of orientation such as checking-in over 500 students and parents each day of the program, managing customer cash and credit transactions, and answering phone calls and emails. Works to administer surveys to students and parents to gather feedback on the orientation program to lead change and improvements in coming years.

Assists in the creation, development, and organization of UC's semester orientation programs, Bearcats Bound Orientation, Make-up Orientation, International Orientation, Transfer Orientation, and New Student Convocation. Executes projects independently and in teams while managing timelines and a budget. Recruits, supervises, mentors, and develops leadership within the Student Orientation Leader team. Creates and gives presentations to management, the Student Orientation Leader team, and our incoming students and families. Works in collaboration with UC's professional staff and prominent administration to ensure that students, parents, and guests have a successful college transition through the orientation experience.

Collaborates with faculty and staff to understand the requirements, goals, and needs of the course content to ensure quality online course delivery. Builds over 50 online learning environments and implements learning strategies, educational policies, and course standards while also performing quality assurance checks.

Works collaboratively with the orientation team to execute an orientation program for over 5,000 students and their parents. Leads groups of 15-20 students through a two-day orientation serving as a role model and resource. Conducts over 20 orientation sessions by leading workshops, presentations, and discussions to provide students and their families with information and perspectives on campus.
