Key Responsibilities: • Managed number of projects in various industries from real estate, hospitality, medical, retail and tourism boards.• Conceptualize and execute projects for the clients, manage the delivery of each project from clients brief to the creative outcome.• Liaise with the client on the daily bases and manage team of designers and PR executives.• Develop and deliver proposals to the prospective clients.• Developed and implemented successful project plans, marketing and PR plans.• Evaluated each project from ROI, break-even projections and added value. • Monthly account reconciliations and maintenance, accounts receivable.

This project was my own initiative I worked with DAC on voluntary bases and was not formally employed by them. I have taken this event from conceptualization all the way to execution. Event raised over AED 60’000. • Ran all day-to-day operations of the event, dealt with media and design agency, dealt with the clubs, supervised each event at each club, processed participation forms, approached potential sponsors etc.• Secured participation of 5 Dubai Golf Clubs in the tournament: Jebel Ali Spa & Golf Resort, Els Golf Club Dubai, Emirates Golf Club and Montgomerie Golf Club. • Secured Key sponsorships: Media by Motivate Publishing and Venue & Catering by Habtoor Grand Hotel.• Secured sport memorabilia donations from various sporting personalities through personal connections for the Charity Auction. All proceeds from auction were donated to the Autism Centre.

“Delwood” was a sole organizer of “Emirates NBD The Legends “Rock” Dubai 2008” the competitive champions of the past tennis tournament. Key players were: Stephan Edberg, Jim Courier, Sergi Bruguera and Wayne Ferreira. My main objective was to maximize media exposure of the tournament through all media channels.Liaised with all the key media representatives in the region prior to the event including on line media. Developed PR plan for the event to assist effective distribution of press releases and to help evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaign post event.Developed and distributed press releases to all key media in the region prior and during the event.Conducted official press conference and developed media kits for the press conference. Organized and monitored exclusive interviews prior and during the event with all the players. Conducted Pre and post match interviews. Wrote and submitted daily reports to partners in the USA.
