CurrentPractice autonomously alongside a multidisciplinary team including health care providers, psychiatrists, and certified addiction counselors to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Using evidence-based treatment methodologies to treat a wide range of Substance Use Disorders (opioids, methamphetamines, alcohol, benzodiazepines, kratom, tobacco) and frequently concurrent psychiatric disorders. • Perform detailed medical histories and physical examinations, interpret lab values, and develop an individualized treatment plan utilizing pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions to restore a patient’s biochemical imbalances and prepare them with the lifelong tools essential for sustained recovery• Prioritize a non-biased and judgement-free medical approach in the efforts to continue to break the stigma and barriers associated with mental health care • Screen, diagnose, and manage patients with infectious diseases such as Hepatitis and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in high risk individuals. Provide PrEP as well as OCP contraception to patients
